Yaprak Dolma
(Stuffed Grape Leaves)

Ingredients: Grape Leaves, Minced Meat, Tomato Paste, Red Pepper Paste, Onion, Rice

 

It is one of my favourite food. Grape leaves get softer and adds very nice taste to the meal. It has also cold version without meat and prepared with olive oil.

Kara Lahana Dolması
(Stuffed Black Cabbage)

Ingredients: Black Cabbage Leaves, Minced Meat, Tomato Paste, Red Pepper Paste, Onion, Rice

It is famouse in blacksea region of Turkey since the best taste of black cabbage is there. It is very healthy and taste is very nice.

Ingredients: Zuccini, Minced Meat, Tomato Paste, Red Pepper Paste, Onion, Rice

 

This is also one of the famous and most cooked meal at Turkish houses. It is easy to prepare. And taste is nice.

Pazı Dolma
(Stuffed Orach)

Ingredients: Orach Leaves, Minced Meat, Tomato Paste, Red Pepper Paste, Onion, Rice

Orach is not my favourite food but this stuffed orach is really good and tasty. Because orach taste is not primary in this meal, it is like secondary taste (You feel the taste of meat and rice first)

Lahana Dolma
(Stuffed Cabbage)

Ingredients: Cabbage Leaves, Minced Meat, Tomato Paste, Red Pepper Paste, Onion, Rice

Even it smells not good while cooking, the taste is really great. It is little hard to find this in restaurants since it is generally mother-made food. But you can try at home.

(Stuffed Green Pepper)

Ingredients: Green Pepper, Minced Meat, Tomato Paste, Red Pepper Paste, Onion, Rice

 

If you like green pepper, you will also like this taste. Green pepper aroma will go deep inside of meat and rice, and taste will increase.
