Ingredients: 4/5 beef mince, 1/5 lamb mince, onion
It is famous in Inegöl (Bursa) and also in all over Turkey. Its soft and tasty. Shape is like a small stick. It is first prepared by a Turkish family who came to İnegöl from Bulgaria. (Mustafa Efendi)

Ingredients: Pita, beef mince, egg, bread, cumin, black pepper, hot melted butter, tomato sauce, yoghurt
It is very similar to Iskender Kebab, but instead of Döner, they use meatballs. It is very famous in Bursa.
Filibe Köfte

Ingredients: Beef mince, egg, cumin, garlic, butter, black pepper
It is also first prepared by a Turkish family (Mehmet Saltuk) who came to Istanbul from Bulgaria. Its delicious, and not possible.
Tekirdağ Köfte

It is famous in Tekirdağ and it is similar to İngeöl Köfte, but more spicy and darker color. The first ever Tekirdağ Köfte prepared in Özcanlar Köfte in a small restaurant, and than became a chain.
İçli Köfte
(Stuffed Meatballs)
Ingredients: Beef mince, bulgur, walnut, egg, pepper, paprika paste
It is also famous in Syria and prepared in many cities of Turkey with different style. Some of them boiled and some of them fried. The original one is the fried one. Boiled one is more healthy but not possible to find easily in restaurants.
Akçaabat Köfte

Ingredients: Beef mince, garlic, bread, onion, black pepper
It is also first prepared by 2 friends Hargali and Eşref Usta, and then became famous in Akçaabat, Trabzon and finally in Turkey. Garlic is the main ingredient that separates Akçaabat Köfte from others.
