Ingredients: Olive Oil, Grape Leaves, Onion, Rice, Lemon, Black Currant, Salt, Black Pepper, Mint, Allspice, Cinnamon
It is famous in all over Turkey. It takes long time to roll all the leaves and for this reason it is hard to prepare. The ingredients changes according to regions. There is no meat inside. (Yaprak Dolma is hot version of this food and there is meat in its hot version. Taste totally different)
